After witnessing a gap in the marketplace for consultancy services in Khanh Hoa, three professionals joined forces to establish K-biz. In 2005, K-biz began offering business, legal and financial advice and services to SMEs in the tourism sector in Khanh Hoa.
Hang Thi Huynh, K-biz's Chief Business Consultant and co-founder, has 19 years experience in business, tourism, trade and investment. She currently advises startup companies on all legalities and formalities, writes business plans, and prepares feasibility studies for investment projects.
Nhan Thai Nguyen is K-biz's Chief Legal Consultant and co-founder. She has 25 years experience in the field of law; advising government agencies on policy and legislation, lecturing in universities, and drafting and negotiating legal agreements for trade and investment projects.
Minh Quang Le is K-biz's Chief Financial Consultant and co-founder. His experience ranges from financial, tax and accounting advice to project management in trade and investment, notably as Deputy Director of Finance for Khanh Hoa's first major industrial zone.
Selene Alcock, an Australian media professional, joined K-biz in 2008. Selene has been living and working in Vietnam for four years and has around 15 years experience in websites, video production and diverse media.
In addition to our team of consultants, K-Biz has strong affiliations with experts in the fields of law, business and investment across Vietnam, and a working partnership with Legal Associates, a law firm based in Ho Chi Minh City.
